Barbara Jean Leonard, 83 of St. Petersburg, Fla. passed away March 18, 2016 at Lafayette Health Care, where they have taken great care of her for 8 years. Mrs. Leonard was born June 13, 1932 in Mishawaka, In. to Joanna and Ira Leroy Ostrander. She worked for the county as a school crossing guard, and also as an arts and crafts teacher
